Common questions
Can you work outside business hours?
Yes. We can attend evenings, early mornings and weekends so that patients, residents, staff and customers are not disrupted. Tell us the window the site is available and we will work to it.
Do you cover communal areas in apartment blocks?
Yes. Communal grounds, bin stores, car parks, stairwells and shared entrances are all work we take on, either as a one-off or as a regular visit.
Can you work to a regular schedule?
Yes. Some sites need a single clearance, others need attention on a set frequency. Tell us how often the site needs visiting and we will set it up.
Can you work across several sites?
Yes. If you manage a number of properties we can cover them through one point of contact rather than a separate arrangement for each one.
What documentation can you provide?
Insurance details and our waste carrier licence can be provided on request. If your site requires anything further before we attend, tell us what is needed and we will sort it out before the visit.
