One reliable team for multiple property services.
Gardening, cleaning and fully licensed waste removal for estate agents and property managers across Birmingham and surrounding areas, through one point of contact.
The problem
A property becomes vacant and suddenly you need a cleaner, a gardener and a waste removal company. Three sets of calls, three sets of quotes, three sets of people who may or may not turn up, and a date the property has to be ready by.
Your property. Our crew.
Tenancy Crew handles the work through one point of contact. Tell us what the property needs and the date it needs to be ready, and we organise the rest. When you give us a property to deal with, you need to know it will be handled. That's what we are here for.
Less coordination
One instruction covers the garden, the clean and the clearance.
Fewer phone calls
One number, one person who knows the property.
One contractor relationship
One set of insurance details, one invoice, one team you already trust.
Reliable communication
You know when we are attending and when the work is done.
How it works
Straightforward, and the same every time.
Tell us the property
Address, what needs doing and the date it needs to be ready. Photographs help.
We quote and confirm
A clear price for the work, and confirmation of when we are attending.
Property ready
The work is completed and you are told it is done.
Experienced with estate agents
We work with multiple estate agents and property managers across Birmingham and surrounding areas. That means we already understand how a turnaround runs: the standard the property has to reach, the date it has to reach it by, and what it costs you when a contractor doesn't show up.
Every property is finished to a high standard, whatever condition it started in. If something changes while we are on site, you hear it from us straight away rather than finding out at the viewing.
Reliability is the reason this business exists. Everything else follows from it.
Let's make your property turnaround easier.
Send us a property and we'll show you how we work.
