Yes. End of tenancy and move-out cleaning is one of our main services, along with move-in cleaning before a new tenant takes the keys.
Do you bring your own equipment and materials?
Yes. We arrive with everything needed to complete the clean.
Can you clean a property that has been left in poor condition?
Yes. We take on one-off intensive cleans, and if items or rubbish need removing first we can clear them through our licensed waste removal service.
Do you work to an inventory or check-out report?
Send us the report or the standard the property needs to meet and we will work to it.
How do you price the work?
We price on the size and condition of the property. Send the address, the number of rooms and some photographs and we will come back to you.
