Why we exist
Tenancy Crew was set up around a problem we kept seeing. A property becomes vacant, and the person responsible for it has to find a gardener, a cleaner and a waste removal company, then coordinate all three around a date that cannot move.
We put those three services under one roof so that only takes one call.
What we're built on
Reliability
When you give us a property to deal with, you need to know it will be handled. We turn up on the agreed date, we tell you what is happening, and we finish the work.
Quality
We take pride in the work. A property we have finished should be ready to hand over, market or move into.
Value
We are not the cheapest and we don't try to be. We price fairly for work that is done properly the first time.

We work with estate agents and property managers, and we understand the standards and deadlines they work to.
How we work with customers
Tell us the property, what it needs and when it needs to be ready. We quote clearly, confirm when we are attending, and let you know when the work is done. If something changes, we tell you rather than leaving you to find out.
We are fully insured, our waste removal is provided through a properly licensed service, and we are experienced working with property professionals.
